Having been trained by one of the best in the industry, Scott Barness! has been a confidence strengthener for me as a makeup artist. Scott Barness was Jennifer Lopez (JLo) personal makeup artist for over 20 years and knows the intricacies of glam makeup. During the 2 day workshop with him at his Los Angeles studio we got to see first hand and practice with models under his direction his unique makeup technique application.

Also working side by side with him at the time of the photoshoot allowed me to see how the photographer point of view through the lens really matters as applying makeup.

As a makeup artist in Utah I am constantly traveling out of state for further continuing education opportunities. In order to provide the best service to my clients I have to stay up to date with the techniques, colors and trends that rule at the moment.
